Job Requirements:
 
An opportunity exists for a motivated software/electrical engineer with proven leadership skills. Your background in the engineering field should also include experience with software development coupled with PCB and digital electronic design. Experience with MEMS technologies, wireless, Ethernet, TCP/IP, RS-232/422, USB, CAN Bus, I2C and SPI are desirable.

Strong project management skills, excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide positive leadership within a fast paced team environment are essential. 

Required experience includes:
·        BSCS and/or BSEE (MS preferred) with 10 years related experience in embedded software and electrical circuit
         design.
·        Strong DSP and analytical skills, including mathematical and filter algorithm development.
·        Software development using standard IDEs, MATLAB, LAB Windows CVI, C, C++.
·        Embedded software using DSPs and ARM processors.
·        GUI and PC-based applications development.
·        Self-motivated, self-starter who has experience and is comfortable working from the ground up on new projects and products. 
 
Additional experience includes:
·        Electrical Design Experience.
·        Real time software development working with operating systems Linux and Windows.
·        Investigating, selecting and validating new materials and components.
·        Exposure to customer specification reviews and proposal preparation.
·        Design experience for improving cost, manufacturability and reliability.
·        Working with military, aerospace and/or industrial standards and environmental requirements, EMI/EMC.
