Engineering Manager

Our expansion provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 10 years related engineering experience, three of which are in a successful technical management role preferably within a defense/ aerospace environment . You should be a strategic leader with proven ability to meet objectives and to provide a strong customer focus. Your background in the engineering field should include experience with electronic system and sub-system development and integration, strong project management skills, as well as a demonstrated understanding of electro-mechanical products. Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide positive leadership within a fast paced team environment is essential. Qualified candidates must also possess a minimum of a B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Systems Engineering. This position reports to our VP of Engineering.

Manufacturing Engineer

 Background will include at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience in an ISO registered company. Experience with new product process development and proficiency with lean manufacturing concepts is needed. A BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is required. Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills and have proven ability to work successfully within a fast paced environment. Lean Manufacturing, TPS, or Six Sigma experience and expertise as well as experience in an aerospace firm is desired. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: initiation of cost reduction efforts in assembly areas, participation in design reviews improving the manufacturability of new parts and assemblies, evaluation of production data, and technical analysis of present and new products.
